Maintenance Schedule for Naval Dock ,Mumbai Naval Dockyard Mumbai 2006-07 All marine structures in the dock yard were inventoried and in depth study of their structural status was carried out. Based on the observation, an Annual Maintenance Schedule was presented to the client. This was one of the first Asset Management system defined and evolved in India. IDDC is a pioneer in AMS.
Inventory of City Bridges Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) 2008-2010 MCGM conducted an inventory of all its bridges in the City area and details as about its geometry, structural form, material, age and structural status was collected. Based on the report, bridges were selected for detailed inspection.

MCGM conducted an inventory of all its bridges in the Western suburbs area and details as about its geometry, structural form, material, age and structural status was collected. Based on the report, bridges were selected for detailed inspection.
Inspection of Bridges in Daman area PWD, Daman 2009-10 PWD Daman wanted to study the condition of all its major old bridges and we conducted the study. Based on the report, the bridges were taken up for rehabilitation.

2015 -2018

IDDC was given the responsibility to develop an indigenous Bridge Management System based on IRC SP 35 and then assist the Ministry in establishing the system and implementing the same for a period of three years.  This is a pilot project for establishment of Bridge Management System in India and has been totally developed indigenously. The system named as Indian Bridge Management System (IBMS). From definition of Concept to its actual implementation is the scope of work. Over 200 Engineers are being trained in Field Inspection for conducting Inventory and Inspection of various Bridges and to use the IBMS hand held device software.  The platform created for IBMS is the single largest database of bridges in the world today with over 120,000 bridges of all types, size, age etc. Similar platforms can be created for all 25 states in India, various Road Development bodies, Municipal Corporations. IDDC has demonstrated that it has the capacity to evolve a system from concept to implementation for a huge size of database. IDDC is a pioneer in AMS. Similar systems can be designed for Power plants, Airports, Marine structures, Metro Project etc.
