The approach of team for inspection is to primarily identify the primary and secondary causes of distress to define the testing requirement and completion of testing reconfirm the causes of distress and define the repair.

We have been doing inspection testing with repair systems for all types of structure like Buildings ,Societies , Water tanks, Steel & concrete structures of all types of industries like steel plants, Refineries, Chemical, Pharma ,Power plants, chimneys , Bridges & Culverts, Marine structures like Jetties, drydocks, Masonry structures for along with supervision of repairs where ever required which has been main stay of the our team in helping the custodian in coming up with feasible solutions in repairs with state of art methodologies for repairs and strengthening available today. Fire and blast effected structures, existing old structures for additional loadings, reconstructions and modifications of existing structures to meet user requirements is also our area of expertise.
Before inspection we understand the structure in terms of age, exposure to unfavourable conditions, dynamic and static loadings , environment, verify the structural designs for design deficiencies if any, then inspect each and every element namely foundations, columns , beams slabs , trusses or similar elements depending on type of structure, do the distress mapping to identify the cause of distress and propose the testing which will be validated by users engineering team. Then take up the testing to confirm the causes of distress and define the repair & strengthening systems. Drones , laser scanning for inspection have also been done for condition assessment of some of the structures.
Report is submitted to provide the condition assessment report with categorisation of structure in Good / nominal distress/ severe distress/ very severe distress or partial replacement etc and also provide the repair / strengthening requirements of the structures along with inspection and test data and analysis of the same for defining the causes. The repair / strengthening methodologies and costs are also proposed along with bill of quantities. Design check is also done wherever required to correlate the existing condition and load carrying capacity of the structure
