A topographical survey is a detailed map of the natural and man-made features of a piece of land. This includes things like elevations, contours, bodies of water, vegetation, and man-made structures. These features are depicted on the survey using symbols, contour lines, and spot elevations. A topographical survey provides clear information for planning and design, as well as for understanding the natural ground of a site.
We are dedicated to providing our clients with accurate and reliable topographic surveys that help them make informed decisions about their construction projects. We use the latest technology and equipment to ensure that our surveys are precise and detailed. Our team of experienced surveyors is committed to delivering exceptional results and meeting the unique needs of each of our clients. We use a combination of DGPS , GPS and total station to provide accurate measurements and data that can be used to create a detailed topographic map of the area. Transferring the Temprary Bench Mark to the site from the nearest established permanent bench mark . Based on the levels, finding cutting and filling quantities, plotting foundation/footing on ground as per drawings.
Detailed drawings of site which shows levels at grid intervals with reference to the mean sea level, contour plans, existing utilities and facilities, compound walls, drains, inverted levels of drains. Lists of surveyed features, including global coordinates , elevations, and descriptions. A scaled map showing natural and artificial features, such as rivers, roads, and buildings.
Soil investigation is a critical step in understanding the properties and behavior of soil in building foundations. It can evaluate the soil stability, settlement, and potential failures and can identify the contamination and potential risks of an environment.
Based on the client’s requirement we understand the type of soil testing to be done for the purpose of Foundation for building structure or marine structures , bridges, roads, tank foundations, high rise structures , Chimneys , retaining walls etc to firm up if it is a open foundation, deep foundations and accordingly plan for the correct methodology .our testing team will observe soil exposure, color, texture & structure and then we will collect soil samples in the site using augers, drill rigs, or hand tools and we will conduct tests in the field such as Standard Penetration Test (SPT), Cone Penetration Test (CPT) and Dynamic Cone Penetration Test (DCPT) and then collected samples will be sent to laboratory for analyzing Grain size distribution, Atterberg limits, Moisture content, Compressive strength, Permeability.
Where ever required plate load tests would be done to ascertain the bearing capacity. Similar exercises are done for all types of structures
Soil investigation report gives detailed description about site location, geology, and environmental conditions, soil profile like layering, texture, and structure. We provide laboratory and in-site test reports which includes discussion of soil properties and behavior, depth of water table, interpretation and calculation of Safe bearing capacity of the soil at different depths, pile capacities for of a various diameters for deep foundations
